One packet of Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix should be placed inside a cone-shaped bag.
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips should be added to the cocoa mixture.
3/4cup of mini marshmallows should be placed on top of the chocolate chip.
Twist the bag shut, then add one of the brown pipe cleaners to the top to seal the bag.
To create antlers, cut a second pipe cleaner in half, twist it around the middle, and secure the bag with tape.
To create a face, hot glue the eyes, nose, and mouth to the bag's front.
What do you put in the bottom of a sweet cone?
The first step is to decide which candies you want to put in your sweet cone. Start with smaller candies like Rainbow Drops, Millions, or Jelly Beans since the cone-shaped bag's bottom is rather thin.
