Flag material:
The flag material is made of a tear-resistant polyester fabric and is ideal for outdoor use. With fire protection class B1 certification, you will be on the safe side. The material is extremely flame-resistant, and in the worst case, self-extinguishing. By using the sublimation printing method, which involves using heat to diffuse the colours onto the printed material, the printed image becomes very resistant to environmental influence and UV rays.
Square Flags
Which nation's flag is square, and why is that number utilized as the basis? In actuality, there are several states today (recognized by the UN and other countries).
But if you believe historians, the use of a non-standard shape has its roots in heraldic insignia. They claim that the square symbolizes spiritual equality and fulfillment.
What is a square-shaped flag?
Most worldwide organizations of the "Red Cross" kind utilize the square flag. However, their banner serves as an informational symbol rather than being placed as a separate item. and implemented by the agreement's outcomes rather than a declaration, as with state declarations. they are also called non-rectangular flags.
Are there any square flags?
The United Nations has officially recognized 193 sovereign states. Each state has its national anthem, constitution, and government. Nations may fly flags with a similar color scheme but different design elements.
Other countries, including Monaco and Indonesia, have flags with a similar design but a different width-to-length ratio. Three of the 193 sovereign flags are not rectangular, making 190 rectangular. The only other three nations to deviate from the standard of the rectangular flag are Nepal, Vatican City, and Switzerland.
Nepal
The only non-quadrilateral flag in existence is Nepal's flag. The flags are two triangular pennants in shape. It has a blue border around a fiery red background. While the lower pennant features a white 12-pointed sun, the above pennant is centered with a stylized white moon.
The flag, approved on December 16, 1962, is a replica of the one flown throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The Nepalese constitution specifies the flag's hues and pattern.
The blue color stands for harmony and peace, while the red symbolizes the Nepalese people's bravery. The triangle shape of the flag symbolizes the nation's connection to the Himalayas. Just like the sun and moon represent the sovereignty and continuity of the nation; the celestial bodies do as well. The crescent moon also stands for a person's innocence of spirit and composure.
Niger
A square-shaped flag authorized and flown over Niger since 1959. is tricolored, just like all other long-established powers that once served as French colonies. According to popular belief, the state's flag's predominant orange hue represents the desert, which makes up a sizeable portion of the state's territory. The green stripe represents the rich fertility of the surrounding countryside.

Monaco
The flag has been recognized since the 19th century when it was first used to denote the Third Gallery period. Furthermore, this article seems remarkably Indonesian because it was presented in the middle of the 20th century. Vatican City
The Treaty of Lateran was signed between the Kingdom of Italy and Pope Pius XI on February 11, 1929. The state of Vatican City, which the Holy See would control, was formally founded by the treaty. As with every new state, the Vatican adopted a new flag on June 7, 1929. The one flown by the Vatican is one of only two square-shaped flags in history. It comprises a white band on the fly side and a yellow/gold band on the hoisting side. At the center of the white band are the papal tiara and Saint Peter's crossed gold and silver keys.
According to the gospel of Matthew 16:19, the keys are regarded as the Key of Heaven. The silver key represents earthly power, while the gold key represents spiritual power.
Switzerland
Switzerland's flag is shaped like a square. It features a crimson background with a white cross on it. It and the flag of Vatican City are the only two square-shaped sovereign flags in the world. December 1889 saw the adoption of the flag. The red cross on a white backdrop of the international red cross, which has its headquarters in the nation's capital, is occasionally mistaken for the national flag.
Throughout the year, the public can fly the flag in residential and commercial structures. The flag has been included in most designs in the "Swissness" style of the twenty-first century.
Why is the Ohio flag not a rectangle?
Ohio Flag
The only state flag that is not rectangular is Ohio's, which was established in 1902. The Ohio state flag was designed by architect John Eisemann (a pennant with a swallowtail tip.) It is said that the "O" in the middle of the blue field stands for both Ohio's name and the buckeye. Ohio is known as "The Buckeye State" because of the buckeye tree's abundance of buckeyes and spherical nuts. The letter O is surrounded by thirteen white stars, representing the original thirteen states. Vermont, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio are the four new states that joined the Union after the original thirteen. Bottom Line
The study of flags is a field known as vexillology. The scientist working on it also claims that Nepal's flag, which consists of two red flags that stick out, is the most "non-standard" flag.
