Fix the Bracket Holes in Place
We're about to tell you why you need a pencil, for those curious. You're prepared to install your Outrigger Kit once it arrives in the mail. Grab the bracket and position it where you want to install it first. To ensure that the flag won't strike an overhang, hanging plant, solar lights, etc., you might also consider mounting the flagpole on it.
Mark the holes with your pencil after positioning the bracket where you want it. To facilitate installation, remove the bracket and drill the holes in advance.
Placing the Bracket
Reposition the bracket after drilling the holes in the proper places. Install each of the screws that were included with the Outrigger kit into the 55-degree bracket.
Each should first be screwed in with a few twists. Before you tighten the screws, make sure that everything is in place and that they are all properly snug.
Position the flag
Only one thing needs to be done. Secure your nylon flag to the aluminum flagpole using the swivel attachment rings. Ensure everything is in excellent shape, then position the gold ball topper on top.
insert the flagpole into the bracket when you're ready. Before leaving, make sure the flagpole is firmly secured.
You must follow flagpole etiquette even with a mounted flag. And if you don't have a Titan Solar light to shine on a flag at night, don't leave it out. Never let the flag hang horizontally.
Make sure the flag won't contact anything nearby when mounting the mount.
